About the journal
Acta Juris Oeconomici will publish scholarship that takes economic law seriously as doctrine, as an institutional achievement, and as a form of practical reason.
The journal welcomes work in the tradition of economic law—competition and antitrust, market regulation, regulatory governance, taxation and public finance, consumer protection, and financial regulation—as well as scholarship that situates economic law in its social, political, and historical context. It will publish international economic law, comparative work, and scholarship that crosses disciplinary boundaries.
The journal is being developed as an independent, international forum. It is committed to careful editorial work, serious engagement with argument, and scholarship that is accessible to readers across jurisdictions and traditions.
